You
can expect - and will receive - my patience
and willingness to teach you the skills I have learned
over my many years of fishing.
I
provide a no-pressure approach to ensure that new people
to our sport will enjoy themselves to the fullest. |
My
promise to you is that you will learn from a highly
motivated fishing guide with a great attitude. Our motto is
to Teach not Tell! Whether you are a seasoned fisherman or
a novice to the sport, I take special interest in making sure
you have a fun and safe fishing experience that will make
you keep coming back for more. You don’t have to take my word
for it though, check out a testimonial from the past season
here.
As
always I practice CPR (Catch, Photo and Release)
and all Wisconsin DNR regulations will be followed. Click
here to obtain your Wisconsin fishing license online.
You
will be fishing from a 2008 Skeeter ZX225 manufactured
by Skeeter Boats. The ZX225 20.2 feet long with a 94” beam
powered by a Yamaha VMax HPDI 225. Plenty of power to get
to the hottest fishing spots with plenty of room to fish comfortably.
We use the most reliable up-to-date electronics from Humminbird
and the toughness of trolling motors from Minn Kota so that
we can effortlessly navigate our way.
Some
of the guide tested products that you will be fishing with
are; Tooth Tamer Musky Rods, Abu Garcia Record Reels,
Power Pro Fishing Line as well as Deep South Fishing Rods.
Proven Musky catching lures from Hawg Seekers Tackle Company,
Dreamcatcher Bucktails and Mouldy’s Tackle Company will be
part of the arsenal to catch your dream. Helping to land your
musky will be a Beckman Magnum Fin Saver Net.
Don’t
forget to bring along your Polarized Sunglasses,
Sun Block, Rain Gear and of course the CAMERA! You are more
than welcome to bring your favorite rod and reel and lures
of course, just let me know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
We
can also stop for lunch at Poo’s on Small Lake Wissota.
Poo’s has the best burgers on the lake and serves the food
hot and fast so we can get back on the water. Note that lunch
is not included in your rate so if you decide that you would
like to stop the tab will be picked up by you. Stopping for
lunch is a great way to relax your muscles, get off the boat
to walk around a bit or stop your knees from shaking after
your big catch!
I
look forward to being your Musky Guide! See you soon!
